Tracy is an advanced practice nurse (APN) with the hematology/bone marrow transplant population at the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. She has been working with transplant/hematology oncology patients for the past 18 years. She has published several articles in oncology nursing journals. She is a speaker at the local and national level, speaking for industry, the Oncology Nursing Society, and patient advocacy groups. In 2012, Tracy was nominated by her peers and received the Oncology Nursing Excellence Award for Advanced Practice Nurses. In 2013, she was promoted to Supervising Advanced Practice Nurse and provides guidance to 20+ nurse practitioners while maintaining clinical practice in leukemia and bone marrow transplant. In 2013, Tracy began her doctoral work at Duke University School of Nursing. She received grants for her doctoral practice in 2014 from the Oncology Nursing Society and the American Cancer Society.

Sandra is a recognized leader in the field of multiple myeloma and myelodysplastic syndromes. She holds both academic and teaching appointments. She is currently affiliated with the University of Arizona College of Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine and with the University of Arizona College of Nursing as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Nursing. She is a founding board member for the Advanced Practitioner Society for Hematology and Oncology (APSHO) and Associate Editor for the Journal of the Advanced Practitioner in Oncology (JADPRO). She is widely published in peer-reviewed journals and speaks nationally and internationally on cancer-related topics. She is a member of the Executive Committee, Board of Directors and co-chair of the Nursing Leadership Board for the MDS Foundation and is a delegate of the International Myeloma Foundation Nurse Leadership Board.

Jayshree has been a nurse practitioner with the John Theurer Cancer Center since 2003. She has worked with oncology patients with a variety of solid and liquid tumors, including MDS. She has acted as a sub-investigator on several clinical trials and has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as the Clinical Journal of Oncology Nursing and the Journal of Community and Supportive Oncology. She has also presented lectures on leukemia, pancreatic cancer, and MDS to nurses, patients, and caregivers across the United States. She is a member of the Oncology Nursing Society and the International Nurse Leadership Board for the MDS Foundation.

She is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists, the American Nurses Association, and the Oncology Nursing Society.
